The TL-Laser is one of the first non-invasive body sculpting procedure to effectively remove excess fat without the negative side effects associated with surgical methods. TL-Laser utilizes the same cold laser technology developed by Erchonia, which has been shown to liquefy fat and allow it to move to your lymphatics. Although this technology was originally utilized to help assist liposuction procedures, it was found that the cold laser treatment alone helped patients to reduce inches from their waist, hip and thighs.

The cold laser technology behind the TL-Laser procedure was shown to release the cellular contents of fat cells while leaving the capillaries and other cells around the fat cell remain normal. The release of the fat cell contents is the result of poration or permeability of the cell’s membrane. This membrane opening up, called a transitory pore, is the result of low-level laser stimulation. And it happens at 640nm and at a deeper level on the 808nm wavelength. And the TL-Laser is the only Lipo-Laser to have both the 640nm and 808nm wavelengths.

Prior to laser exposure, fat cells have a regular, cluster shape, as seen in Figure 4. Within minutes of low level laser exposure, fat cells begin to develop openings as indicated by arrows in Figures 6. This opening allows the release of the cell’s contents into extracellular space (see Figure 7). Once the contents of the fat cell have been emptied they are released into the body. Where it can be passed through the liver and then out thru the intestines.

On average, our patients lost on average 4.62 inches from the their waist, hip and thighs.

The TL-Laser cold lasers provide patients with a safer alternative to surgical procedures, which can result in bruising, swelling, and damage to other tissues. Unlike other non-invasive therapies, TL-Laser low-level lasers do not heating up your tissue, which can cause pain. There is no downtime, so you can resume their normal activities immediately.
